Hi, I'm Catie! I’m a Registered Nurse with a PhD in Nursing, a Certified Nurse Educator, Advanced Holistic Nurse & Nurse Coach. But more importantly? I’m a Gen X woman who spent years believing I had to do everything for everyone—kids, partner, work, aging parents, health—and somehow not lose my mind in the process. I just had to push through one more day, one more week, one more month.

That mindset doesn’t work anymore (it never did). I realized that I had been translating medical science for people with diabetes, complex wounds, cancer, and many other health issues - why not translate the science to help high-functioning women like us? So that's what I am doing. We can stop spiraling in symptom management & commercial wellness trends support the amazing body we have.
