Real Relief for Midlife Women
Navigating Perimenopause / Menopause
& Chronic Exhaustion
kinda like us Gen X women who’ve been running on fumes for decades, even before hormones joined the party
It’s not you.
It’s decades of doing all the things for all the people in a health system that barely understands midlife women's health.
Add in perimenopause or menopause hormone changes, chronic stress, poor sleep, inflammation, & a nervous system that’s been on high alert for years…
No wonder you’re exhausted, foggy, reactive, inflamed, and wondering if this is just how midlife feels now.
(hint: it doesn't have to feel this way!)

Have you been medically dismissed with:
-
“Lose some weight”
-
“It’s just perimenopause”
-
“That’s normal for menopause”
-
“We can put you on another medication”
Meanwhile you’re exhausted, inflamed, barely getting through the day — you need a better way to support yourself through midlife & menopause.
I’m Catie — a Gen X registered nurse specializing in midlife women’s health, perimenopause education, menopause support, & chronic stress recovery.
I created the 802h Healthspan Method™, a holistic, science-backed approach that helps women understand what’s actually happening in their bodies during perimenopause and menopause — and what to do to feel better.

About Me
Hi, I'm Catie! I’m a Registered Nurse with a PhD in Nursing, a Certified Nurse Educator, Advanced Holistic Nurse & Nurse Coach. But more importantly? I’m a Gen X woman who spent years believing I had to do everything for everyone—kids, partner, work, aging parents, health—and somehow not lose my mind in the process. I just had to push through one more day, one more week, one more month.
That mindset doesn’t work anymore (it never did). I created the 802h Healthspan Method™ to help high-functioning women like us stop spiraling in symptom management & commercial wellness trends and start partnering with your right-now "body mind"—with science, support, & a sense of humor.
This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken. It’s about building strength, clarity, & resilience for the years ahead—starting with understanding the menopausal transition. 🧡
