Doing it all has gotten us some cool chronic conditions: autoimmune disorders, high blood pressure, diabetes, migraines, and oh, yeah, our bestie perimenopause. But the healthcare system isn't set up to support us or prevent complications from chronic conditions. And what good is living longer if we don't have enough health to do what we want (that's healthspan)? 

The 802h Healthspan Method™ was created to fill these gaps for us midlife women. It uses the SIMPLER framework, a science-based way to support your holistic self: body, mind, hormones & energy through midlife & beyond—without overwhelm, shame, or “just try harder” vibes.

S – Slow Down

Rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement. We start by giving your nervous system a break so your body can stop running on fumes. Slowing down is the first step in real nervous system regulation and stress relief.
 

I – Intuition

You know more than you think. I’ll help you reconnect with your body’s signals—and trust them.

M – Mindfulness

No, not the sit-on-a-cushion-for-an-hour kind (unless you want to). Just small, doable practices that bring you back to the present and reduce reactivity.

P – Plan & Prevent

From meal planning to flare-up management, we take a proactive (not perfectionist) approach to setting you up for more ease.

L – Lighten Up

Yes, laughter counts. So does creativity. You’re allowed to enjoy this life—even when it’s messy.

 

E – Exercise

Cardio, resistance, and functional movement that supports your energy, not drains it. No burpees required 🙅‍♀️.
