What This Workshop Is Lighten Up is a 90-minute live, interactive workshop designed to help you start the year with clarity instead of self-criticism. This isn’t about fixing your hormones or reinventing yourself. It’s about learning how to work with your body and energy in this season of life. You’ll learn how to: • Notice the invisible load you’re carrying into the New Year. • Stop pushing against your body and variable energy. • Understand why overwhelm and perimenopause hits harder in current midlifers than previous generations. • Create a clear, grounded focus to start the year.
